Branchburg Lactation is a private group practice of 4 IBCLCs (International Board Certified Lactation Consultants) providing home visits (or virtual visits on request) in Somerset, Hunterdon, Morris, Middlesex, Union and Mercer Counties. We do not offer office visits. Our services are covered by insurance in 80-90% of the families we see.
 

You can benefit from a lactation consultation if:

• Your baby is not gaining weight well
• Breastfeeding is painful
• Your baby is ill
• You need help with pumping
• Your baby is not latching
• Your milk supply is too low or too high
• You are having trouble managing plugged ducts, engorgement or mastitis
• Your baby was premature
• Breastfeeding is not going as well as you had hoped.
