Branchburg Lactation is a private group practice of 5 IBCLCs (International Board Certified Lactation Consultants) providing home visits (or virtual visits on request) in Somerset, Hunterdon, Morris, Middlesex, Union, Essex and Mercer Counties. We do not offer office visits. Our services are fully covered by insurance in over 90% of the families we see.
 

You can benefit from a lactation consultation if:

• Your baby is not gaining weight well
• Breastfeeding is painful
• Your baby is ill
• You need help with pumping
• Your baby is not latching
• Your milk supply is too low or too high
• You are having trouble managing plugged ducts, engorgement or mastitis
• Your baby was premature
• Breastfeeding is not going as well as you had hoped.
