Dana Lauducci, IBCLC
Dana Lauducci, IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) has been providing breastfeeding support since 2003. She has been a La Leche League Leader
since 2011 and a board certified lactation consultant since 2013. Dana grew up in Shelton, CT and graduated from Boston College with a BS in Human Resource Management and Information Systems. After a
10 year career as a manager with a benefits consulting firm, Dana took a break from the corporate world to raise her children. After a rough start to breastfeeding with her older son, Dana realized
the value of good lactation support to get things back on the right track.
Dana is a member of the International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA), the United States Lactation Consultant Association (USLCA) and the New Jersey Breastfeeding Coalition. Dana is a long
time singer and board member with Masterwork Chorus, and has previously volunteered with Somerville High School PTO, Somerville High School Marching Band and Scouting. Dana and her husband, Brian,
are the proud parents of two breastfeeding alumni and grandparents to two adorable grandchildren.
Dana has completed Pumping and Feeding Gear for IBCLCs as well as Oral Habilitation: A Master Class for IBCLCs and specializes in pumping issues.

Alana Dambrot, IBCLC
Experiencing difficulty breastfeeding her daughter led Alana to seek help and evenutally find a passion in supporting others through their infant feeding journeys. Being a mother and bonding with her children through breastfeeding was one of her greatest joys. She is thrilled to be able to help others do the same.
Alana is a New Jersey native and a magna cum laude graduate of Vassar College with a BA in Economics. She left her career as a marketing research consultant to focus on raising her three daughters. After benefitting from the parent-to-parent support of La Leche League, Alana became an accredited Leader and continues to serve in this volunteer capacity. She obtained her IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) credential in 2021. Alana is a member of the International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA), US Lactation Consultant Association (USLCA) and the NJ Breastfeeding Coailition. When Alana is not working or volunteering with the PTO or Girl Scouts, she enjoys running, hiking, traveling and spending time with her husband, Jonathan, three daughters and her goldendoodle, Ginger.

Anna Spitaleri, IBCLC
I am an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, (IBCLC) since 2021 and Certified Lactation Counselor, (CLC) since 2020. I also have clinical experience in a hospital setting.
My goal is to provide ongoing support and encouragement to breastfeeding parents during prenatal and postpartum stages of pregnancy using knowledge, compassionate care, listening skills and the ability to help educate parents about the benefits of breastfeeding in order to help them achieve their breastfeeding goals.
I received my BSc. Honors degree in Sports Science from the University of Chichester, England. I am a member of the International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA) and the NJ Breastfeeding Coalition. I am also passionate about supporting and encouraging breastfeeding for mothers and babies through "Hands Up for Haiti," a humanitarian organization delivering lifesaving healthcare to the sickest and most impoverished people in northern Haiti.
When not
spending time with breastfeeding families, I am grateful for time with my family and friends. I find joy in simple things and I love to be outside.
Anna has completed the Guiding Bottle Breakthroughs training and specializes in bottle acceptance consults. Anna has also completed Oral Habilitation: a Master Class for IBCLCs, Pumping and Feeding
Gear for IBCLCs, Bottle Breakthroughs and Therapeutic Breast Massage.

Danielle Tropea, MPH, IBCLC
Danielle Tropea is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with over a decade of experience helping parents and babies navigate the world of breastfeeding. Her passion for maternal-infant health has led her to support countless families, offering personalized and compassionate care that truly meets each mother’s unique needs.
In private practice, Danielle loves working one-on-one with moms, guiding them through everything from prenatal education to the ups and downs of postpartum care. Whether it's tackling latch
issues, addressing milk supply concerns, or helping moms transition back to work, Danielle’s goal is always the same: to empower mothers with practical, evidence-based solutions that help them reach
their breastfeeding goals.
Danielle firmly believes in the transformative power of breastfeeding for both mom and baby. She’s committed to making sure every family has the information and support they need to succeed, and
she’s become a trusted advocate in the world of lactation and maternal-infant health.
As a mom of two herself—now in high school and college—Danielle knows firsthand the joys and challenges of breastfeeding. She exclusively breastfed her children for a combined 6 1/2 years. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hampshire College and a Master of Public Health from Montclair State University.

Kelly DeMiro, RDH, OMT, IBCLC
Kelly DeMiro is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 2021, passionate about helping families
achieve their breastfeeding goals in a way that feels right for them. With a strong foundation in education, mentorship, and hands-on experience, Kelly makes for a trusted guide in what can often be
a challenging yet beautiful experience for new parents.
Growing up in Bridgewater, NJ, Kelly’s career in healthcare began with a degree in Applied Sciences and a minor in Dental
Hygiene from Northampton Community College in 1998. After more than 15 years as a dental hygienist, Kelly shifted to a holistic health company where she leads their clinical support and training
program. This transition opened her eyes to the world of holistic care, sparking her passion for breastfeeding and maternal health.
In 2019, Kelly pursued her Bachelor of Science in Maternal and Child Health Sciences with a minor in Human Lactation,
allowing her to fulfill her dream of becoming an IBCLC. Through extensive education and mentorship under a well-respected tongue-tie specialist, Kelly successfully passed the IBCLC exam, eager to
make a meaningful difference in the lives of parents and babies.
Now, Kelly is thrilled to be joining the team at Branchburg Lactation, where she is committed to empowering families to
meet their breastfeeding goals. She recognizes that every family is unique and takes great care to tailor her approach to each individual’s needs. Whether supporting new parents through early nursing
challenges or offering guidance on more complex issues, Kelly’s warm approach ensures that every family feels seen, heard, and supported.
Outside of her work, Kelly treasures time with her loved ones. Be it a Saturday morning walk with friends or a cozy movie night with her husband and daughters, her greatest joy comes from the moments spent with the people who matter most. Emily DelPrete, RN, BSN, CCRN, IBCLC
Emily is a Registered Nurse and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant. She has worked in the NICU since 2016, where one of her greatest passions has been supporting and guiding mothers and families in the fresh postpartum period.
After experiencing her own breastfeeding struggles (as well as many victories) with her first baby, Emily was inspired to dive deeper into lactation and ultimately pursue her IBCLC certification. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland and also holds a critical care certification in NICU nursing.
Emily feels honored to work alongside families during such a precious, life-changing time. Outside of work, she enjoys baking (especially sourdough), and spending time with her husband, their two young boys, and their two big goofy dogs.

Stephanie Tistan, Office Manager
Stephanie worked at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies for 11 years where she interpreted business requirements and statistics to the State's Department of Insurance and
Statistical Organizations. While taking a break from her career to focus on full-time parenting, Stephanie has served as a dedicated volunteer with Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts as Assistant Treasurer,
Committee Member and Den Leader, has volunteered within the school system and has supported her son advocating for his needs due to dyslexia. As our Office Manager, Stephanie brings her exceptional
organization and attention to detail to assist with claims, client scheduling, data entry and record keeping. She holds a B.A. in physics from Rutgers University and in her downtime, enjoys crafting,
scrapbooking, getting outdoors, and spending time on Long Beach Island with her husband and son.
The Interns
Kristi DiMasi, CBC
Kristi is a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor and a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula from Bridgewater, NJ. Kristi graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of
Science in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice. She worked as a Paralegal for a private law firm and then for NY State. She became interested in helping others with lactation and birth work after she
gave birth to her oldest daughter in 2018 and realized the impact that education and support can have on your lactation, birth and postpartum experiences. While she was pregnant with her second
daughter in 2019 she became a CBC and then a Postpartum and Birth Doula. Kristi has been supporting families in these roles since then. Kristi became a NJ Breastfeeding Coalition Trustee in July
2025. Additionally, Kristi has been a Lactation Intern since January 2025 and is obtaining her clinical hours to receive a higher lactation credential so that she may support families in all ways
lactation.
Laura Chaneski, CBS
Laura’s path to lactation care has been anything but traditional. A graduate of Rutgers University with a dual major in Dance and Sociology and a minor in English, she spent years working as a professional actor.
After becoming a mother, Laura’s personal breastfeeding experiences—and the support she received from skilled lactation consultants—sparked a deep interest in infant feeding and maternal wellness. Inspired to help other parents feel seen, supported, and confident in their own journeys, she began her clinical internship with Branchburg Lactation in January 2025.
Now a Certified
Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS), Laura is continuing her training to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
Brittany Messuti, CLC
Brittany Messuti is a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and Certified Health and Life Coach currently completing her clinical internship with Branchburg Lactation. With over 15 years of experience
in health and wellness—including yoga, nutrition and maternal support—Brittany brings a compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic approach to helping families thrive in the postpartum period. As a
mother of four, she combines personal experience with professional expertise to support breastfeeding families with empathy and practical guidance.
